Kids Wetsuit Pants
Kids Wetsuit Pants & Shorts are long or short legged bottoms made from Neoprene (wetsuit material - more info) that give unbridled thermal retention on, under and around water. Pants are hard to find these days and realistically their applications are few but if you're after wetty pants then there's nothing else that will do. If you tend to rash from your boardies etc, wetsuit pants are your saviour and are typically available in 1mm, 2mm and 3mm.
Neoprene is one of the great insulators and will keep your lowers very toasty and are a great option when serious layering is required. However, if you're a diver, you don't want the buoyancy so people will tend to lean towards thermals.
